Great location, spotless rooms, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided daily. Lovely staff.
We were there during 2nd two weeks of July during a religious festival and some boy racers were using the beach front on both weekends to show how loud their car sound systems were..... Until 5.00 am on some nights.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and upkeep of Jomtien Boathouse. The rooms looked newly furnished, and the double-glazed windows kept the noise out. The fridge with complimentary water and in-room safe added convenience. Although there was no elevator, the value for money and friendly service made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I have travelled to Jomtien numerous times and stayed in different places before we found Jomtien Boathouse. During future trips we'll stay here. This is a hotel with friendly service, excellent location and good international food in the restaurant. We slept well in comfortable beds and were neither disturbed by traffic noise, thanks to double glazing, nor by other guests. We enjoyed the balcony in our room facing the sea and had dinner there twice, but if you want a quieter balcony take a room in the back.
Wi-fi is only occasionally working in the room. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your heavy suitcases up the stairs. A water boiler in the room would have been nice for making tea/coffee.

Overall such wonderful stay on long weekend. Spotless and a decent size units with a good walk-in shower. Location not far from beach, restuarants, local shops and plenty of public transport to downtown Pattaya, happening places in Pattaya and the stores and the restaurants, which are good.

I like the hotel, the bed is comfortable, its clean and the staff are ok.There was unlimited wi-fi internet, the front desk clerk helped us get vehicle to go where we want. There was hot water and price was reasonable . My basis for choosing yourhotel is trip advisor.com comments. I agree with the rating. The hotel is clean, but the garden view is bad ( you should improve the garden) The staff need to learn how to speak English. In general, will recommend this hotel.
Need to learn to speak English, fix the garden at the back for a better view.

The rooms were recently furnished and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The double-glazed windows and patio doors helped to block out most of the noise from the main beach/road. The mini-bar in the room included 2 free bottles of water daily, and the in-room safe provided peace of mind for keeping valuables secure.
There was no elevator in the hotel, which made it challenging to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. the noise from cars and music outside the hotel could be quite disruptive, especially during the night.
